Hiring criteria and process:
We have an exhaustive process for qualifying a candidate. All candidates who are
to be hired by AK Systems have to go through multiple rounds of interviews and technical tests.
Our recruiting team first screens the candidate based on the resume and past experience
in the related field to ascertain a technical skill match. If found to be matching, the candidate has to go
through an onsite/ online Technical Test. Subsequently, we conduct three rounds of technical interviews
and one round of soft-skills interview to check communication etc. After the short-listing, we perform background
check, reference check and drug-check.
